Transitional Project lead for an insurtech company selleing insurance software. The goal was to take the leadership responsibility on a feature team to quickly deliver key features.
It includes business study of the feature, synchronization with the Product Owners, Scrum responsibilities and team management (Daily, retro, planning), plus the accountability on code quality and delivery.
